Procedure of Manuscript Submission

Submission of manuscripts can be made at this website during August 20 - September 19, 2021.

You will need to create a ‘user account’ at the symposium website to submit a paper. Please download ‘double column’ template file (*.docx) from the symposium website to prepare manuscripts and abstracts. The DOCX files of manuscript and abstract as well as a PDF version of the manuscript have to be uploaded at the website.

The length of manuscripts will be 2 pages for contributed papers, 3 pages for YAA and Ph. D Thesis and up to 6 pages for plenary and invited talks.

Please note that papers given in the proper format only will be considered for review. Please note that only those papers that are presented in the symposium will be considered for publication in the online proceedings at the symposium website.

Only one paper per registered participant will be considered. However, one can be a co-author of more than one paper. Acceptance of papers will be communicated during October 24 - October 25, 2021.

Users would be able to edit/modify the submitted papers via resubmission till September 19, 2021.


The Paper submission gateway will be closed on 19th September, 2021.

Note: Please note that you may encounter difficulties in submission of your manuscript on the last day of submission. So you are requested to submit your manuscripts well before the deadline. After the due date, the online submission gateway will be closed and further paper submission will not be possible.
