Financial Support

Sleeper class train fare by the shortest route will be provided, on request to a few deserving research students and post-docs presenting their theses or papers. Participants attending the symposium for all 5 days will be eligible for financial assistance. Kindly note that the financial assistance (Travel Support) to the eligible participants will be provided subject to availability of fund.

Request for the financial assistance via the website can be made by 20 November, 2022.If you have already created an “User Account” for paper submission or registration, the same can be used for requesting financial assistance.

Certificate from parent institution, duly signed by head of department, clearly stating that the participant has no access to funds from any other source, must also be sent to us at daessps2022@gmail.com along with the request.

It must be noted

i) Travel support is provided for sleeper class train fare by the shortest possible route as per the Govt. Rules.

ii) Registration fee and Accommodation charges must be paid by all participants.
